hdk2 - display (device) not recognized #130

Trouble:

with firmware : hdk2svr-2.00.hex -- the display device is NOT recognized.

with firmware : 1-99-HDK2SVR.hex -- the display device IS recognized. BUT: the osvr sample scene crashes !

(hdk2 , geforce gtx 1050 ti, windows 7, 64bit) (newest nvidia driver installed: 441.66)

now recognized. don't know why.
