What's the scope of the issue? Windows (which) , Linux ? Just the hdk, etc. It could go into the main readme as a Latest Drivers Supported so it's easy to find through googling.
put it on 'troubleshooting' section

Windows 7+
Info on latest tested amd drivers ?
The current NVIDIA situation (where the two known released 364.xx drivers don't work, so you have to roll back to 362.00 or earlier) is causing a lot of support and chat traffic, which isn't really surprising since I don't think it's documented anywhere except maybe the readme for render manager.
Not sure where this would go in the docs, but it should go somewhere, for both NVIDIA and AMD: the latest tested drivers, the vendor's stated requirements, and any known incompatible drivers.
