device: HDK 2.0 HMD. firmware: v1.99 (merged Kidd's) tests: (all pass)

the same tests as factory
display tests (e.g. some behaviors resulted in incorrect display when using firmware version 1.97)

Do we need both "SVR_IS_HDK_20" and "HDK_20" defines? Isn't there redundancy/conflict there?

On the "Add video path initial code and sequence." commit, where was all this code before? Did it not exist? Is it a duplication of code from another file?
