Combined installer editor updates #182

Removes hardcoded default server path in favor of reading OSVR_SERVER_ROOT environment variable, while still allowing developers to use a server that isn't in the default OSVR Runtime/SDK directory. Issues a warning if the default server is not being used.

passes my tests, working with combined installer or individual runtime/sdk installers.
