Unityvr path fixes #239

Updates getting started guide. fixes bug where Unity would crash with no HMD connected. Added scrollbar to editor utils.

Are there binaries available for this build or any more recent with this fix?

@nanospork sorry for the delay, here is the latest build I'm working with: osvr-unity-v0.8.1.unitypackage.zip
