Adds Unity adapters for the locomotion interfaces (position and velocity), prefabs, a sample walk script, and a new tracker for NaviPosition in the tracker viewer.

Reviewed. Code looks good to me. Has this been tested?

It was tested with the dummy locomotion plugin.
