How about a simple INSTALL.txt document? #23

It would be nice to include simple install instructions.

It's mostly meant to just work like other CMake build systems, but I'd certainly merge instructions if somebody had some. I used to have a screencast of how to configure, build, and install a CMake - based build system up on my blog but unfortunately the service I used disappeared.
