it would be nice to add CBC to the test suite so that we can check OSeMOSYS compatibility with CBC.

Tests using CBC are currently deactivated because the results format of the CBC output does not match that of GLPK.

Once OSeMOSYS/otoole#40 is resolved, it will be possible to include CBC as a solver into the automated test suite.
