Closes #92

Hi @willu47, thanks for picking-up my issue. I had a look at your changes. I have to admit I don't understand everything when looking at the files in the workflow. But the citation.cff looks good to me. Is there a way for me to test the workflow?

If you take a look at my branch on GitHub.com/willu47 you can see the Citation file drop-down that GitHub provides. If you're happy with how that looks we are good to go

Ok, when I go on the drop down I get:

Howells, M., Rogner, H., Strachan, N., Heaps, C., Huntington, H., Kypreos, S., Hughes, A., Silveira, S., Decarolis, J., Bazilian, M., & Roehrl, A. (2011). OSeMOSYS: The Open Source Energy Modeling System: An introduction to its ethos, structure and development. Energy Policy, 39(10), 5850–5870. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.enpol.2011.06.033

So it is still the original paper. But if I go into the citation file there's also the zenodo DOI. Is this how want it to be? I guess the drop down provides the preferred-citation from the citation.cff.

Just wondering what one would need to if one want's to cite a specific version of the OSeMOSYS
