Conflict in technology and country codes [COG] #11

COG is used to represent both 'Cogeneration' technologies and the Republic of Congo. A check for other such conflicts needs to be carried out.

This might be a task for otoole 🦸

The otoole validate command allows you to check the names of some of the key parts of a model e.g. sets and parameter names.

You first need to configure it with a custom config file. This might be a good first application!

Q. Are you using ISO 3-letter country codes?

Thanks, I'll give that a go then. I need to confirm with Maarten whether the codes are the ISO ones. I have a question in turn: how do you get the (very aptly used) superhero emoji?

Could we change cogen to CGN? Would that have a conflict? Probably better than changing the country code as those are ISO standard.
