[X] I have tried using the osemosys-global conda environment.
Current Behavior
When cloning the repo the default scenario name and the default countries don't match the documentation due to a pull request over-writing the config file. Some way to 'lock' or otherwise check the config file so the defaults are sensible and match the documentation would be good.
