Now the API is complete, cleanup endpoint control - bring logical elements out so the function only has ONE task: Handle requests

Output Likely to Contain:

[ ] OD Entry File in API Folder
[ ] A Class per Request Type e.g. GET Handler, Deletion Handler etc. to serve as the entry point for more logical API contents pre-existing in other files
[ ] Return Response array for Endpoint Control to Manage
