Previously, this has been manually added to the database

I propose a new feature here to do the following:

Use the Freesat All Channels Endpoint to save all the availiable channels
Run a Weekly Update to check the channels and their respective numbers are still the same, no changes etc.

This will allow the user more flexibility when adding a new show from a new channel, the overhead for the user will be minimal

The Code that runs to be put into a thread for the work to be carried out without running into any timeout issues with http requests
