This PR would remove the older testing of the Helm chart installation via GitHub action on the kind cluster.
It would add a new GitHub action that would specifically install only the Redis-related charts.
Other charts installation are dropper for a while since there are some issues with them future development would install all the charts.
Note : Helm Installation of non-Redis related helm charts are dropped for a while.
