[Documentation] : Add Readme.md to the Redis-Operator Chart #131

Which document needs to be updated? There is need to add a readme.md here

Expected changes Readme.md should include the compatible table of the redis image and some FAQ should be there. We should also explain the current chart dependency on the cert-manager.

Additional context CRD don't get updated using helm upgrade so wee need to explain that
