Remove redis-operator, redis-cluster, redis-replication, redis-sentinel helm chart

We don't need to maintain the charts on this repo since we have already migrated our chart to : https://github.com/OT-CONTAINER-KIT/redis-operator/tree/master/charts

and workflow is such that the release would happen on this and the chart manifest would be maintained under redis-operator.

Since the release is on this repo it won't break the existing chart helm update
