Turn off WiFi popup setting - Enhancement #23

Suggesting a settings option to turn off the popup to turn on WiFi or ignore.

Some applications give an option to always use data, always use WiFi or prompt. I would be happy to just to stop the popup and use whatever is active.

btw in 2.0 it's already implemented ;)
