Location/Party style sheet separation and hierarchy

There are no visual changes here other than converting the dotted lines over to a solid grey line, but what I did was a massive overhaul of the location and party stylesheets since they were essentially the sae exact thing and the views were named title and title2 for location and party views (respectively)

New hierarchy is:

maps.rb is the main stylesheet that lays out everything for both view controllers and then the location.rb and party.rb files override the text of the elements. So changes in maps.rb will affect both the location and party views!
