Image cropper #35

Additional context Add a PictureCropper, can be a library, when the user uses the camera or the gallery to Edit a Pictogram.

The cropped image should be stored

Action Plan Add an Action Plan with Checkboxes on key things you have to achieve to complete this task.

@hectoritr what should be the size of the image Cropper in pixels and the actual image size. and should user have a choice to crop image or just put a image cropper on top of the screen when user select an image?

THe image Cropper Should work the same as in the Android App, when editing the image from Camera or from Gallery. The cropped image should be around the size of the Pictogram on Main Screen in pixels.
