Implement CI

We need to implement a Continuous Integration platform into this repo to do the following tasks automatically when a new change to master is made.

• [x] Run automated testing (when ready).
• [x] Update Github repository with the latest release information.
• [x] Publish to web if master (dev.ottaaproject.com)
• [x] Publish to web if dev (dev.ottaaproject.com)
• [x] Build iOS package.
