UT Video Corruption - Interlaced? #136

Describe the issue you're having:

Video corruption with UT video codec when interlaced is checked.
How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
As above, save with interlaced checked, and try decode it with LAV.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?

This would be an issue in ffmpeg/libav. Ut Video is a rather new decoder in 
libav, and i only included it because there apparently was no other viable 
DirectShow decoder available.

I suggest you report the issue to libav with a proper sample included.
