Added schema objects for a new linux:apt_test #139

This new test makes it possible to query Debian-based Linux distributions via the 'apt-get' command, so it is possible to write content that determines the extent to which a target is up-to-date with respect to its configured Debian package repositories (a repository configuration can already be inspected using the ind-def:textfilecontent54_test).
