Add an LDAP test for MAC OSX #73

There are several (11) LDAP configuration related checks in the DISA MacOSX 10.6 STIG[1]. Some (4) of these are not covered by existing tests. We need to add an LDAP configuration test to macosx-def to address this.

Note that the new test would be distinct from the LDAP tests (ldap_test, ldap57_test) in the independent schema. These LDAP tests are used to check information about specific entries in an LDAP directory. The new test would check LDAP configuration information, such as whether SSL encryption has been enabled.

Thanks for adding this Mike. We may just want to add a little text to make it clear that this is different than the existing ldap_test in the independent schema.
