baresip process runs after mycroft is stopped #4

I noticed baresip processes are not killed when all core processes are stopped; is there a friendly way to end this on skills module stop?

I solved the problem by killing baresip in stop-mycroft.sh,. Ideally, the skill/sip module should probably handle this though to prevent killing processes we didn't start
