Develop branch: No output from serial, comms broken #32

Host Os: Ubuntu Arduino software: 1.8 Board: Mega Install Arduino IDE. Connect the Mega board to the laptop and to the raspberry pi. Enable the test inputs, serial debug logs, compile and Run the *.ino file in ~software-controller/ Tx and Rx will blink indicating loading of the program. No output in serial monitor or in the Software UI console. You will see a crc-check-failure message in the Console

Fixed by shorting pin 5,6 to GND
