This pr aims to add a new section to the project which enables the user to see the different projects and the contributors to that project under BLT. In this pr :
reordered the items in the sidebar according to the importance
removed the contributors section from the about section and merged the about and the social section
added a new section in the sidebar to get the new projects and view the top contributors
additionally integrated a contributors page to all the project and view all the contributors
added a new user info card that shows the info about the contributor
