Migrate all the contributors to users and make the page work based on a tag #2884

Just to clarify , the contirbutors section in the side nav should be removed and the same page that was loaded by it should be rendered by "Users" tag?

the link can stay, however it will go to the https://blt.owasp.org/users/ https://blt.owasp.org/users/?tag=BLT%20Contributors page

I think the trick here will be to find the existing user on the website to match up with the contributor and if they don't have an account to reach out to them to create one
