There were a bunch of templates that are not being used or were extra navigation - lets review and clean them out.

@DonnieBLT https://github.com/OWASP/BLT/blob/main/website/templates/admin_home.html This template seems to be setting up a structure for a page that inherits from a base template named base_admin.html. However, the actual content of the page is missing. I think we can remove this template. Please review this so that I can make the changes. Thanks
