Translation to Portuguese (pt-PT) for 2023 version #127

Hello, I want to help with the translation to Portuguese (pt-PT) for 2023 version. I've followed the instructions detailed here: https://github.com/OWASP/API-Security/issues/124#issuecomment-1737308376 And I'm working on the translation here: https://github.com/RiuSalvi/API-Security/tree/translation/pt-pt

Hi Rui, Please check these changes, reviewing your translation to understand whether they apply. Nested lists should use 4 spaces indentation.
