What is missing or needs to be updated?

I propose changing the current cheat sheet to align with the Shifting the Balance of Cybersecurity Risk: Principles and Approaches for Secure by Design Software publication.
The intended final result would follow the broad structure of the publication, but in a more palatable and actionable form, along with links to existing cheat sheets for brevity.

Would like open up discussion on whether it would make sense to rename the cheat sheet to Secure By Design Cheat Sheet
