Move redguard to sponsor section and rebrand as OWASP #5

If this is an OWASP project, the adoption of it would likely benefit tremendously if it were rebranded with OWASP logo, etc. Similar to ASVS, M-ASVS, and SCVS.

I am formally recommending commercial tools, in my employers evaluation, support CSVS. Having OWASP branding will give a bit more impact. Not to take away from the contributions that Redguard has made, but I think a contributors or sponsor section of the document is more appropriate IMO.

@stevespringett thanks for your input. Can you further explain what you mean by rebranding? Redguard should only be present in the Contributors section with a thank you note but everything else should already be OWASP-ified including the OWASP logo on each page header except the cover page.
