Well, done. It took me about an hour to read the whole thing and then a few parts again, but at the very least it is well written. Good wording choices and, as a guide, the material chosen is not too deep. I especially like how the images are handled versus my rudimentary knowledge from a little over a year ago. I had never even heard of TDE before.
Thanks. There's still some stuff of Chris' (@crashedmind) that I want to add, but those parts are more difficult because they are either heavily interleaved with the existing material or need to be greatly summarized. I'd like to keep more, but the chapter is already pretty long.
