This commit is deleting the old Android Java app. It was rebuild and can now be used in Android Studio 3.0, can be found here instead now: https://github.com/OWASP/MSTG-Hacking-Playground/tree/master/Android/MSTG-Android-Java-App
I also added the serverside API (Ruby on Rails) that is needed for the Kotlin app
