sometimes calling i.e. o-saft +cn some.tld reports ./o-saft: 167: ./o-saft: ./o-saft.pl: not found

hoever o-saft.pl is install in a directory listed in $PATH

This may happen if o-saft is installed in a different directory than o-saft.pl (same for o-saft.tcl).
