Remove unnecessary bin directory and assocaited python files. (Can always be retrieved from history if there's some need in the future.)
Remove unnecessary dist directory.
Rename src/owasp-wiki to src/data since the wiki is no longer relevant.
Remove unnecessary vulns-json directory and files (it was an example that wasn't adopted).
