Improve UI and add light theme

Description: As a contributor of the Risk Assessment Framework, I would like to work on improvements in the UI and the addition of a light theme option. This will make the application more visually appealing and easier to use for those who prefer lighter color schemes. I therefore divide my work into certain tasks and design assets.

Tasks:

• [ ] Research and design a light theme option for the application.
• [ ] Implement the light theme option into the application.
• [ ] Refactor the UI to improve the overall look and feel of the application.
• [ ] Conduct usability testing to ensure the new UI changes are intuitive and easy to use.
• [ ] Create a design guide to document the new UI changes and the implementation of the light theme option.
• [ ] Update the documentation and user guide to reflect the changes made to the application.

Design files:

• [ ] Create a new Figma project to work on the design changes.
• [ ] Share the Figma project with the project maintainers for feedback and approval.
• [ ] Export design assets and include them in the pull request for implementation.
