Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) translation for Top-10 2017 #403

I have checked that there is no Indonesian translation before for OWASP top 10 and I would like to create one. This is my very first time doing the translation project for OWASP, is there any rules or any format I need to follow? Also, is there any target date for completion?

Hello, I would like to help translating into Indonesian. How do I join channel top-10-translations in slack.com? I tried to go to owasp.slack.com but need to be invited by the workspace administrator.
