Incorrect URL form of admin page for HTTPS site #11

Hi,

When checking the HTTPS URLs, admin page link has incorrect syntax between protocol and host. Instead https://host there is https:/host ( missing / ). So the link looks like this: https:/www.example.com/administrator/
