We should find all instances of 3rd party frameworks like Xamarin and summarise them in another chapter, as we are focusing on native apps

@sushi2k this could be the opportunity to clean the MASTG off deprecated or not maintained frameworks. Also as Xamarin's end-of-life is planned for May 2024, is it still useful to have it in the guide?
