As long as they have a TOOL page we can use status: deprecated

We can enter another field for: alternatives, which we may already have in some tools (or at least I proposed that at some point)

I'm also working on a tools health checker which will leverage all this data starting with the GitHub links. This will help us deprecate tools more easily in the future.
