Removed brakeman and guard-brakeman gems.

Checked Travis CI run - all green.

Awesome, thanks @jasnow if it ends up being a problem we can revert.

To be clear, I'm NOT wanting to remove because of the license change with Synopsis. The removal is because @presidentbeef had told me not to include it in any Rails app Gemfile a long time ago and totally forgot to remove it 😂
