Add report option to hide empty elements ("No threats listed.") #133

Describe what problem your feature request solves

today when generating a report (e.g. in an early phase of an assessment) the reports becomes very long as all elements are beeing listed in the report.

Describe the solution you'd like

add an new option on the report header to hide empty elements (with "No threats listed.").

Thanks @fajabird , a good suggestion for an enhancement to the reporting. We are also looking at landscape option so this in the same area.

This would be good to have in version 1.4, so have added it to the project board for version 1.4: https://github.com/OWASP/threat-dragon-core/projects/3
