Describe what problem your feature request solves The spellchecker that comes with browsers and electron can not be switched off - making it irritating if using a non-local locale or largely technical sentences.

Describe the solution you'd like Desktop version : a configuration to switch the spellchecker on / off

Additional context This was discussed in #130 and was provided when moving to latest versions of electron. @storkinsj noted that draw.io has similar discussions
