Replace veux with pinia #442

Describe what problem your feature request solves Vuex is now in maintenance mode. It still works, but will no longer receive new features. It is recommended to use Pinia for new applications.

This should be done at the same time as #444

Thanks @martinmarsicano for taking this one as well as Vue 3 There is no hurry; 3rd quarter of this year or beyond, and if it is too much then just say
