Describe the bug: The demo page at Heroku https://www.heroku.com/ does not have the buttons for Local Login, Github or Bitbucket

Expected behaviour: expect these buttons to be available on the Home page

To Reproduce: navigate to https://www.heroku.com/

Any additional context, screenshots, etc:

Heroku sees the web page erroring so rolls back to version 2.1.2 release v545:
