Nomad support

• [ ] create a vm setup which can run on ARM and x86amd64 (pending request on various media for recommendations)
• [ ] have a nomad definition to deploy together with https://learn.hashicorp.com/tutorials/nomad/vault-nomad-secrets
• [ ] run the app on the nomad agent
• [ ] older with https://www.cybersecurity-help.cz/vdb/SB2021112315 or just defaults with operator access to secrets

Though Nomad is fun, it will be too much work to maintain it next to k8s. Closing this one.
