Update techs/frameworks in WSTG-CONF-05 #1072

What's the issue? The list of default pages and frameworks here: https://github.com/OWASP/wstg/blob/7c8055264b1deacb086a231d60251e50a2d83fbe/document/4-Web_Application_Security_Testing/02-Configuration_and_Deployment_Management_Testing/05-Enumerate_Infrastructure_and_Application_Admin_Interfaces.md?plain=1#L52-L119 should be updated. I'm not sure WebSphere, WebLogic, and FrontPage are still worth mentioning. Should likely include Joomla (I believe it's no.2 behind WordPress), Apache, Tomcat, and nginx?
