What and where? Under the following link a href to the cookies common-identifiers can be found: https://github.com/OWASP/wstg/blob/master/document/4-Web_Application_Security_Testing/01-Information_Gathering/08-Fingerprint_Web_Application_Framework.md#cookies

This href points to itself (#cookies) instead of the common identifiers (#cookies-1).
