There are two 4.7.13s under project 4.7, but only one of them is shown in the directory structure of the readme file. #1152

What's the issue? There are two 4.7.13s under project 4.7, but only one of them is shown in the directory structure of the readme file. image

How do we solve it? Modify the directory structure of the readme file under item 04 to rearrange it.

One of them is a placeholder pending removal in v5.

There is currently nothing to change/remove for this case.
