Layout for Documentation Projects to deliver content #58

Based on 'full-width.html', compiled by 'www-project-top-ten'. Provides also 3 new includes: nav_top_center_link.html, nav_bottom_center_link.html, footer_short.html It is possible to copy them to the local '_includes' folder and customize them to local needs, e.g. to add a link to a PDF. It does not add sponsors via the include member.html

@OWASPFoundation @OWASP/owasp-staff is there any plan to address this contribution?

There is already a document layout (col-document) that is approved. A more advanced document layout is in the works (and anyone who would like to contribute may do so (col-document-adv). Though, if you do contribute, please contact me for the concepts that we are trying to integrate. Unfortunately, the layout proposed here does not follow certain guidelines and overwrote the layout that was previously in use.
